This option is placed here to allow local clients, within my own city in New Zealand to pay for their face to face sssions. Face to face sessions can be enhanced by support and homework done on the website to reduce costs and increase the effectiveness of therapy
Fact to Face counselling allows better input where the counsellor can observe, listen to your voice, appreciate your body language and pick up on a lot more clues than can honestly be observed and noted via online counselling.
That said, online counselling is not necessarily inferior neither does it need to be. The best mix is face to face counselling where possible, complemented by online work.
