REFRAME 3 part Goal setting


This form is a basic 3 part goal setting tool which functions out of the Consumer and Supplier Role of REFRAME

The big issue is whether or not your goal is realistic. A faith or hope is based on a reality we cannot measure and the best part about it is your faith and hope are not so much in your own actions but in a trust placed in the divine. STEPS using your God given roles of Consumer and Supplier you first figure out what it is you really want or need. In terms of working on personal issues it can involve extreme negative emotions, dysfunctional behaviours, relationships, self-view etc. CONSIDER your situation and carefully and thoroughly answer the next three questions BEFORE you make any further moves.
