Module 7 is an online course specifically developed to work with NZ REBT trainer and author's Wayne Froggatt's book "Choose to be Happy" HarperCollins. This is a fairly full on course where you do the content of module 2, 3 and 4 all in one.
You get to learn how to use the tools of REBT to surface faulty thinking, dispute it, alter it, and put it into practice for yourself with John as tutor.
If you are not certain you can manage the level of this module start with module 1 or 2 and build up towards it.

Initial Assessment
You will begin this course with an initial assessment of the level of disturbance you are experiencing with either/or depression and anxiety to help determine whether or not it will be suitable for you. If found not to, your fees will be fully and immediately returned.

Your progress is monitored via the assignments, a weekly profile, and through your journalling. At the end of the course you will have a clear idea of how the skills have influenced your life and living.
The primary aim of the course is to help you gain cognitive skills hence the very cost effective fee for the course. However should issues arise for you as part of the course, specific sessions would need to be arranged with the counsellor and will attract a specific fee. This leaves you free to work the course, and if needed obtain specific help and still be cost-effective for you. What cannot be estimated or valued is the impact changing faulty thinking can have on your life.
