As the upset Supplier, change roles and be the Consumer. What can you ask, or not ask, from the other person to resolve your upset?

* Don't try to control the other person's feelings. The issue is one of power. If your intentions are to control the outcome of the situation, you are mistaking the use of force for power. Your real power lies in allowing the other person to appreciate and benefit from what you have to offer and to accept what he or she has to offer you.
