2. CHANGES TO AGREEMENTS:
As the upset Supplier, change roles and be the Consumer. What can you ask, or not ask, from the other person to resolve your upset?

Here are some suggestions to use. Please work through each one, and discuss what parts of them will work and what will not with an explanation as to why. THEN at the end write up your personal plan to help make your quadrant a parallel one which shows your expectation is going to be met.
Suggestions:
* If the other person won't accept changes to agreements, make as few as possible, and only those you know you can keep. All interactions and relationships are controlled by some type of agreement. Recognise that all agreements can change. Don't take every request for a change as a command.
