As the upset Supplier, change roles and be the Consumer. What can you ask, or not ask, from the other person to resolve your upset?

* Stop supplying the other person with advice or input, and another opportunity to reject what you have to offer. If the other person isn't asking, why do you think it's necessary to respond?
