The steps involved in this are ...
- FIRST you do profiles of your relationship in terms of your perceived needs in the relationship and any other self-assessments the counsellor assigns to help get a fuller picture of what's happening for you.
- SECOND you work on specific experiences where your needs were not met and you got upset using the REFRAME online analysis to identify the KEY FACTOR in the relationship to problem-solve.
- THIRD you are helped to choose a strategy and form a plan of response around it to put into ACTION.
- FOURTH using the unique nature of the REFRAME analysis, you are helped to TEST your plan BEFORE you use it to see if it will resolve the issue at the core of your upset. IF it doesn't you will soon find out and be helped to find the true core issue and so build an appropriate plan.
The FEE for this service covers the FIRST sessions assessments and setting up of your account, subsequent sessions will cost less.
