Forming the Archetype: To do this make three selections that reflect the dynamics of your A, B and C.
The first dynamic is the area of what triggered your upset, we refer to it as (A).
Make this selection considering the location of what started you off with your upset. Was it a thought? A memory? An image in your mind? A particular sound? Was it something outside of yourself such as another person or persons, a life situation or otherwise?
[list,Dynamic of A ]
[option,0,Choose the dynamic of your A ]
[option,8 Within myself,The (A) was within myself, my thoughts or memories]
[option,7 Outside myself,The (A) was outside of myself, environ, others, life, my body]
[option,6 began within then shifted to outside,The (A) started within myself then shifted to outside myself]
[option,9 began outside then shifted to inside,The (A) started outside myself then shifted to inside myself]
The second dynamic is the thinking or self-talk, we refer to it as (B)
Self-talk or thinking refers to the kinds of things we are aware of saying to our self. These thoughts are the surface of our deeper thinking, beliefs, expectations or preferences about how life should be. Our (B) is our interpretation of our (A).
[list,dynamic of B ]

[option,6 began inwardly shifted outwardly,My (B) began with thoughts towards inward but shifted towards outward]
The third dynamic is about the outcome or consequences, we refer to it as (C)
Consequences show themselves in your behaviour or actions, your emotional feelings, your physical feelings. Upsets are often accompanied by body sensations such as pain, sweaty hands etc.
[list,dynamic of C]
