This is your second step and you'll need your email back from Step One to process this. This step takes a bit of undisturbed thinking time so plan for that time. If you've more than one troublesome belief, you'll need to use this form for each of the beliefs if necessary. Try and spot the most troublesome thought or belief that you're telling yourself first.
