Use this journal frequently for at least two weeks. Try using it at Lunchtime to review the morning, and in the evening to review the afternoon or the day. The invitation is to ask you to work hard at spotting your surface thoughts. Management of these can bring relief. The GOOD NEWS is that most of these are clues to DEEPLY held beliefs that you can also learn to surface and work on.
