02 REBT EMAIL approach

This option is a stepped REBT approach to help you discover troublesome irrational thinking that delivers inappropriate negative emotions and inappropriate and ineffective behaviours and reactions that reduce your quality of life. It is a website and email based structure. You work in your personal secure start page with cognitive work-forms and you will receive copies of all your work done at each step so that you can review them and learn to use the awareness and skills gained for other similar life issues.

07 module 7 Handling Depression and Anxiety

Module 7 is an online course specifically developed to work with NZ REBT trainer and author's Wayne Froggatt's book "Choose to be Happy" HarperCollins. This is a fairly full on course where you do the content of module 2, 3 and 4 all in one.
You get to learn how to use the tools of REBT to surface faulty thinking, dispute it, alter it, and put it into practice for yourself with John as tutor.
If you are not certain you can manage the level of this module start with module 1 or 2 and build up towards it.
