02 REBT EMAIL approach

This option is a stepped REBT approach to help you discover troublesome irrational thinking that delivers inappropriate negative emotions and inappropriate and ineffective behaviours and reactions that reduce your quality of life. It is a website and email based structure. You work in your personal secure start page with cognitive work-forms and you will receive copies of all your work done at each step so that you can review them and learn to use the awareness and skills gained for other similar life issues.

03 REFRAME EMAIL change work

The REFRAME approach to helping solve an upsetting problem or issue is non-judgmental and non-confronting. It will enable you towards insight in spotting how you frame your upsets in your thinking and how to alter that frame to alter how you feel and function.
You need no special training or background. You need only to be open and honest about your feelings and observations of what's bothering you about your issue. This approach helps most people to resolve their upsets -- and inform you on how to handle the same situations in the future. It helps you focus on what you CAN change rather than demanding the unchangeable and so upset yourself in the process.
The PAYPAL link enables you to pre-pay your session AND which enables me to give you a quick and efficient total refund of your monies should the situation require so.
The session involves only essential interactions and exchanges of emails as you work through. You can expect, with help, to develop a plan of action to address the issue and so help you achieve the goals you set.

This option is to offer support for up to FIVE EMAIL JOURNAL interactions. Your journalling will be read and responded to with tutoring and counselling from the Counsellor who will monitor your journal. The Counsellor has many different forms of journal depending on the initial assessment process.
