Build a four part IMPACT sentence describing how you are affected...

Use the WHEN part to describe when and where and what happened in relation to your MAIN THING

Use the FEEL part to describe the emotions and physical feelings (e.g. tense, tight...) The SENSE is about what you see, hear, feel, taste or smell as Body-sense Feel.

What We Do

About Us

We (John and Carolyn) are based in New Zealand and in Canada and are qualified and members of the appropriate professional organisations who provide supervision and an appropriate code of ethics. Over the last eight years or more we have worked as colleagues online and developed REFRAME for both personal and relationship areas of life. Though we can both work with each area, John specialises in the personal area (disturbing emotions and behaviours) and Carolyn in the relationships area (couples, friendships, families).
