Take time to focus on your SELF, another PERSON or PERSONS, or LIFE, or even GOD and make sure you do not think about anything else.

Form expectations about what you are FOCUSED on.
Step 3.
Flavour your expectations by giving them a good deal of importance in 4 ways
- Exaggerate the badness of any violation of your expectations beyond what is realistically appropriate.
- View any violation as a frustration you can not, under any circumstances tolerate.
- Use the violation as all the evidence you need to TOTALLY label your self, others, life or what you're focused on.
- Last of all flavour it by holding your expectation rigidly without allowing for any alteration or adjustment of any kind at any time.
Step 4.
Now simply wait because it is inevitable one of those fallible human beings out there, including yourself, life, or whatever you have made your god, will help you upset yourself by not obeying your royal expectation.
