William Backus (Bethany Press) has written a number of books presenting excellent material on various aspects that are pastorally helpful to folk of Christian belief.

"Telling yourself the Truth"
You begin with personal survey to identify the key areas you need to work in. Those areas become your targetted areas to work on using CBT techniques similar to REBT, and also pastoral approaches with scripture study and prayers. You would purchase "Telling yourself the Truth" and the "Learning to tell myself the Truth" workbook.
The Seven Deadly Sins
In "What your Counsellor never told you" William Backus explores the 7 Deadly Sins using Cognitive Beahvioural approaches; bible study and other pastorally helpful advice. This website has a form available to profile the level of impact these seven are making in your life. The Seven Deadly Sins, in my view is a basic cognitive approach which works from the premise that we can distort natural human instincts that help us function socially and personally to being unhelpful inordinate desires that demand a level of satisfaction neither we nor reality can deliver.
Normal and healthy human instincts (hunger, libido, acquiring, sense of aesthetic...) can be distorted by this shifting from a natural desire or want, to view the object of our attention as an absolute "need" that we demand. The impact is deadly in more ways than one. ALL of these instincts in a distinctly spiritual sense can know deliverance by allow the TRUTH to administer balance and so set us FREE (John 8:32). In Christianity TRUTH is not just information, a system, facts etc. it is anchored in a relationship with the person of Jesus Christ the LOGOS; the WAY, the LIFE and the TRUTH (John 14:6)
