Doing your own Treatment Plan
Recently in England a trial took place where people who were on waiting lists for professional clincians e.g. psychologists psychiatrists were given the option of doing some cognitive-behavioral work online if they were capable of doing so. The results were within a reasonably short time, a reduction of near to 50% of people on those waiting lists.
