MOST REPUTABLE Health shops or stores can make up your Bach Remedy for you and advise on combinations. Usually you do not add more than 5 essences together though you can add 7. The dosage is usually 4 drops under the tongue 4 times a day until completed. You can also take some drops when needed. Taking more than prescribed will NOT make things work quicker but a top up when needed can assist at the time.

Some shops use a small amount of alcohol to stablise Bach Remedies and assist them to last longer. This is not necessary, however if you ask for such to be omitted the life of the remedy will be reduced by about 2/3rds.

IF you really don't know what to do, ONE of the BEST KNOWN combinations of Bach Remedies is RESCUE REMEDY which is a general first aid remedy for most emotional upsets particularly shock. You can ask for this already made up.
