Bach Flower Remedy Guide

This method of healing was divinely revealed to Edward Bach. His understanding was that emotional disturbance and upset were doors that open us up to the invasion of illness. The remedies aim at treating the emotional upset, not the actual illness itself. Edward Bach believed that this avenue of healing was given through the Grace of the Creator for our wellbeing and happiness.

"As the Herbs heal our fears, our anxieties, our worries, our faults and our failings, it is these we must seek, and then the disease, no matter what it is, will leave us." Quote from "The 12 Healers" by Edward Bach

There is ample material on the Net for you to check out if you are not sure, please feel free. It is the experience of this counsellor, that those who have taken these remedies when accurately discerned, have experienced in most cases relief within a reasonably short time.

The central idea is to observe one's emotions and acting out (behaviour) and choose the remedy which appears closest to what you are experiencing. Before you go ahead, make sure you read the application of each flower remedy. These remedies are usually available in most health stores (shops).

If you are not sure what to apply, you may like to choose to ask a person trained in Applied Kinesiology to help you discover which are most effective for you.

DOSAGE FOR ALL REMEDIES

Place 2 drops (or up to 4) of the chosen remedies either directly onto the tongue or in a glass of water, or fruit juice. Usually taken at least 4 times daily, or more as necessary.

Up to 5 remedies can be combined into one bottle, so all 5 work together. Remedies are selected by observation of the emotional and behavioural outcomes of the person's living and choices.

The remedies are completely safe in terms of health. Accurate assessment of dosage and combinations can be determined through Applied Kinesiology for a more directed application.
